We keep the operation focused: the same local crew handles the lift, dock support, maintenance, and graphics work. You get a written estimate before a job starts and a call before the scope changes.

Getting a slip

Three steps from first call to first cast-off.

  1. Tell us about your boat

    Length, beam, draft, power needs, and when you would like to start. Two minutes on the request form, or a phone call.

  2. We match you to a slip

    We reply within one business day with what fits — or a spot on the short wait list, which moves every season.

  3. Sign, tie up, relax

    A simple seasonal contract, a keycard for 24/7 access, and a crew that knows your boat by name.

How do I check if a seasonal slip is available?

The fastest way is the slip request form — tell us your boat's length, beam, draft, and what power you need. We'll reply inside one business day with what we have, or put you on a short waitlist if we're full. Returning members' slips are held through May 15 each spring; after that, anything unrenewed becomes available on the availability page.

What is the largest boat your travel lift can handle?

Our travel lift is rated to 35 tons with a 17-foot beam clearance. We have safely lifted everything from a 22' center console to a 48' Grand Banks. If your boat sits on the edge of those numbers, we would rather take a look at it in the water before we schedule a haul.

Are there hours? When is the office open?

In season (May through October), the office is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekends. Off-season, November through April, we are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and by appointment on weekends. Slip-holders have 24/7 keycard access to docks, bathrooms, and laundry year-round.
